Simple Holiday Chandelier Makeover

Hi everyone!
Christmas decorating continues here at the Sideways House!
I wanted to share an easy project I did yesterday.

I have mixed feelings about our chandelier.
On one hand, its pretty neutral, not high-gloss brass {unlike many of the fixutres around here...}
and its a good size for our dining room.
However, it just doesn't stand out at all.
So I thought I would decorate it to add a little holiday *pop* to our dining room!

I love real pine garlands. {oh that piney Christmas smell!}
But I opted to use faux garland since Christmas is still several weeks away
and the heat of the lights will really dry out natural greenery.
I didn't want to be cleaning pine needles off the table all day.

And here's the best part:
The garland was from the dollar store and we had the berry garland and the ornaments already.
Which brings this project in at a total of $1!
That's something to be jolly about!

Well we are off to pick out our tree!

Thanks for stopping by!
