Evergreen Initial Wreath

  I have put off writing this post since the week before Thanksgiving.
I kept meaning to go out and take better after pictures. I tried three.
I tried at night when it was dark so there would be no glare on the windows and the candles would be lit. Then I tried when it was overcast so it wouldn't be dark. Then I tried taking pictures from the inside. Nothing was satisfactory. And then I realized it was the week before Christmas and I was out of time and I needed to just settle for the pictures I had.

So here we go!
I really wanted a holiday wreath  that was a little different than the traditional evergreen wreath.
I was inspired on a trip to good old Hobby Lobby!
You know I love an initial!
{I have a moss S and an ampersand on our gallery wall
and a cork S that I have used on our fall mantle.}
 This is super easy!
I just took a a large letter and hot glued evergreen garland around the edge
 and then filled in the front and back. I think I used two 25 foot garlands.
 Then I added a burlap poinsettia and hung it with thick burlap ribbon.
{Everything a used on this project was from Hobby Lobby and was on sale!!}

 {Please excuse my poor overexposed glared pictures}
 And my goofy husband!

Now I just have to find time to pick up a few last minute gifts, wrap everything,
and share a few more holiday blog posts!

Thanks for stopping by!
